After the having the idea turned down by HBO executives, Sarah Jessica Parker finally agreed to call the show "Sex and the City" and poor SollyBear was out of a job!

Bonfire party Daneyhey, Rod, Jaqui & myself went to danehey to watch the festivities. Someone took a picture of me in this hat, I look interesting, was a great time to catch up with Craid Drysdale. Top bloke!

Adolf Hitler Photoshop Fun

Sollybear smiles for the camera as he struggles to find the words to tell Adolf that invading Poland is a particularly bad idea!

Came home to find that my new windows and doors have been fitted but found my roof on the front lawn ahead of being fitted. I designed the windows myself based on inspiration from Dave Richardson from Rich Video in Reddish, Stockport. He's a local videographer whom I have become good friends with. Things are starting to take shape and the double glazing has transformed the exterior!

The new kitchen starts to take shape. Here the first double glazing is installed. The new plumbing has been installed and with the wall removed the room is much larger. I had the exterior wall built up to accomodate a splash back and the central heating was starting to go in.

Well into the project now and I came home from work to find that my house had been turned upside down by the builders. They had started work on the plumbing and in the damp proof. Also they had started to demolish a brick wall in the kitchen. It's times like these that really test what you are made of!
